I love this app and Jimmy Johns!!!

Besides the fact that the subs are not hot, I absolutely love EVERYTHING else about JJ! I love the variety. I love their chips. Their subs are good. Portion size of meat, veggies, and bread is good!! Love the delivery option which I use twice a month when I cant leave work. I overcome the cold sandwich issue with using the microwave. Their bread is still soft and awesome!

Now they just need to stop forgetting my soda...

I love how fast they are. My only complaint is that if I want wheat bread my only option is sandwich bread, not a sub roll. It keeps me from ordering sometimes because I really dont like white bread.

I can order online or call in but the app doesnt work. Very disappointing.

I LOVE Jimmy Johnss, but I think they recently updated their app and its terrible. It was fine before, but now its slow and confusing.
