I usually order jimmy johns while at work, I go and start trying to order it says no store nearby yet not even half mile down road is a jimmy johns who always has delivered to my work, now app says make it a pick up, Im done with them, wont even let me log into my own account, great work jimmy johns, sad you guys cant fix stupid.

Does what it says on the tin

The app prevented me from populating required fields to complete order. Wont bother again.

The only complaint I have is with the app when you check out you cant see the address that your order is going to. #17 sub is the best sub!!!

Not sure Ive ever used an app that was this easy on the first try. Awesome.

Every place that delivers food should ask JJ how to develop an app this great. Simplicity, clean UI, favorites and fast order button. Its basically the perfect app of its kind.

Im always on my phone so having this app and having it be so user friendly is awesome

When entering a custom tip amount, the user has to press "done" or the tip will not be recorded. If you enter a tip amount and then hit "submit order", the tip will not be added.

I love having the convenience of ordering on an app, not to mention delivery service that takes less than 15 minutes usually! The app is very easy to use and everything is pretty self explanatory.

Quick and simple way to order

The app itself in convenient in the fact that i hate people and this limits my need to interact with them. Sometimes however, it is a bit glitchy and will not load until ive pressed the same button repeatedly. I have had to completely close the app and start over several times. And I dont want to hear that it is my internet as i have taken this variable out of the question and do not use the wifi in my area to place orders, i switch to LTE.

Works just like you would want it to. You can log in and set up favorite orders or make a brand new one easily. Incredibly convenient, especially considering how fast they deliver.
