The app is great! I can save my favorite sandwich and it takes Apple Pay so its all done within seconds and my sandwich is delivered within minutes !

Great way to order sandwiches. Some of the user interactions are not intuitive, but easy to figure out if you keep trying things

I have not had any errors on my orders from here, and just as the commercials advertise, they are "Freakishly Fast". Ingredients are always fresh! I am LOVING ? Jimmy Johns!
This app is a lifesaver. Especially when Im slammed at work and cant get away from my desk or on the phone to call in an order.
Some bad moments
I order Jimmy Johns relatively often (1-2 times per month) and I always seem to forget that the app doesnt work for me. I get through the entire order process, and once I get to the very end, it wont let me complete because theres always an error. I have to use my office computer, which is totally allowed, but makes having this app even more inconvenient since I have to go through the order process twice.
