This app can be a little glitchy sometimes but it works better than it did 2 years ago. Its convenient and I use it several times a month. I wish there was a way to save & use the usual order if you order the same thing a lot. As of 2017...its working much better, now. Thanks for the fixes.

Will sometimes freeze but mostly gets the job done also I wish they would give you the option to calculate tip during checkout instead of at the very end.

This app is the easiest to use, and had any feature you could desire when you want someone to deliver you a sandwich. Every other food service app could learn a lot from Jimmy Johns.

Once you get your general info loaded with the where from/ where to/ and how to pay, you can get an order together in under two minutes. Add that to their Freaky Fast delivery and youll be dining in under 15 minutes. Love it!
