Network error every time

I order Jimmy Johns relatively often (1-2 times per month) and I always seem to forget that the app doesnt work for me. I get through the entire order process, and once I get to the very end, it wont let me complete because theres always an error. I have to use my office computer, which is totally allowed, but makes having this app even more inconvenient since I have to go through the order process twice.
