Time stamp frustration

I love the app and how easy it is to use BUT I dont like that it puts a future time in for the pickup time. If I order it now I want it done when I get there. If I wanted it for the future I would select that. And no my jimmy johns was not busy when I went. Id be fine waiting but they said the ticket said 20 minutes later! So very frustrating!
