Quick and easy to use.

Its a great app for a great place! My only negative thing to say is sometimes the lettuce button disappears so I cant order light lettuce.

We are a busy family of 7 and order a lot of takeout. This is the most user friendly app out there. You can add multiple favorite orders, saves addresses, stay logged in and get your food "freaky fast". What could be better than that, besides totally awesome food???!!! Love it!

This is garbage. I want to pay cash like every other delivery service! Thats not an option. They ask for a tip amount before i even place the order??? U miss the point of what a tip is!!! Fail app

This app makes getting Jimmy Johns so easy & convenient!

App is easy to navigate and user friendly

The app is easy to use and like that you can just swipe to the left to delete items from prior order. Only thing they do not always get your customization correct, when making sandwich which is not the app fault.

I was hungry. Had no time for ordering, picking up, and/or eating. So I jimmy johned it. Used that app to order, they delivered and even ate it for me. WOW!!!! Freaky fast and no calories. Thx jimmy Johns

This app is quite convenient and very useful. I am totally blind and do find some of the processes a little bit clumsy, but by no means inaccessible. Good job, please dont break this app like so many other apps get broken.

Do not like the app; not user friendly. Forgot your password? Too bad, i dont believe there is an option to retrieve it. Enter as a guest and have an account? Too bad, no way to retrieve it. Start your order over. I will go to Subway, thanks.
