I always have issues ordering online, the app is way more efficient and streamlined and who knew but even faster!

Every time I try to use the app, it NEVER recognizes my address! The website has no problem recognizing my address but the app never does. Its really frustrating to try to use it so I always have to end up using the website!

I could not for the life of me get their website to work. And this app was super easy to use and faster.

Using the app for placing an order is pretty straightforward. However, I dont like that I have to repeatedly log into my account via the app every time I use the app which cost the app a star on my rating. Adding Touch ID integration or a way to keep me logged in to my account would improve the experience of using this app for placing orders

The only complaint I have has to do with adding cherry peppers to a sandwich. When ordering from the app in Winona, MN, I cant add cherry peppers. That selection is black with a no in the middle. You arent able to select to add the peppers. If this were fixed, the app would be awesome.

As a Flight Attendant, this is the easiest option and ALWAYS near the hotel when I need a quick bite before I nap! Keep it up JJ!

Ordering on app was fast. Only drawback was inability to reset my pw but glad (sort of) account did not locked after several hundred unsuccessful attempts...
