Great use and very helpful in my order.

Great app easy to use interface!

The app essentially works, and while it remembers your address, but it makes you enter your name, email address and phone number every time you order. I even log in with my JJ account. I find that tedious and frustrating. It has other bugs and annoyances as well, but essentially gets the job done.

I tried to order two subs. It accepted the first order but refused to let me add another! Tried twice...FAIL! If an app does not work, Im sure JJ would probably confuse on my pickup. Too many other sub stores in my town to bother with this store. Bye.

I always love food apps and it helps when I can order before I get there so I save time and avoid the lines.. ease of use is a definite and they had pics to go with the sandwich that helps with your appetite.

Freaky fast ordering via the app. Subs are easy to customize and always delicious food at a great price. My "go-to" for lazy days off, Jimmy Johns (and their app) are awesome!

When Im at work I dont have time to call to place an order all the time. So I can just open the app, very easy selections and edits to play my order. Saves a ton of time to focus more on work lol. ??

I love how simple the app is. I also love how fast and courteous the staff is. Delivery is awesome and so is their food!

Quick and easy

So far this is the only place in TC that has a comprehensive menu & ordering app. It took a few tries to get my payment info loaded and saved, for a while having to re-enter every time made me not use it. But now it works perfectly right down to choosing pickup times. This is also the only place I can get a truly low carb meal prepared, their unwhiches are awesome they must get lettuce wrapping classes.

I love the app! Simple to use, once I found out that you swipe to delete extra items in the cart everything else ran smoothly!
