App is easy to use and is fast. On a busy day at work in the office, it is nice to be only a couple taps on my phone away from ordering lunch. Use the favorites feature to save your orders and you dont even need to think about it.

Jimmy Johns never fails to deliver great food and super fast! Ive used the app to order meals for almost a year and Ive never had a order that was wrong. Their unwich is delicious and all the veggies are tastefully crisp and fresh!

This app works great and is much better than the web ordering system. The only beef I have is that there is no obvious way to add "freaky fast" orders. I usually order the same thing, and having the ability to do that in one touch would be great. It may sound like a silly complaint, but its frustrating to see this feature referenced in the app with no apparent way to access it.

Easy to Use and easy to repeat a standard office order.

This app is an inspiration. It doesnt _look_ like much has changed, but the design and quality have been so upgraded that this is one of the best restaurant apps in the App Store -- possibly _the_ best. Time will tell if Im buckwild enough to use the Freaky Fast button, but I love that I want to.

Not sure how they get it delivered so fast but great folks!! And great food!!! Love the app use it weekly.

The app makes it easy to pick what u want in a hurry & on the go. Or when your just lazy and dont want to make a phone call. Lol

The app is useful when Im at work but it says Jimmy Johns does not deliver to my house. I live two blocks from a Jimmy Johns location so I just drive over or call in the order when at home.

Ive already used this app about ten times to order my lunch. Food comes exactly how I ordered it. Very easy to use. Graphics and interface are pleasant and smooth. Great job.

Love the easiness of ordering from the app and the quickness of delivery. But my last delivery driver smoked in the car with my food and it smelled awful!! I did report it to the store and they said it would be addressed. I hope it is cause I like the food and the ability to have it delivered to work or home!!
