Ive not experienced any issues with the app. Takes a few minutes to figure out, but most new apps do.

Yeah. Cliche I know. But its true. Makes it real easy to reorder old orders which is entirely what I do with jimmy johns. So I appreciate that it takes me all of 45 seconds to reorder a previous order.

This app is great for those days I dont want to or cant leave the office. I would like to be able to see the price on the menu before I order.

This app makes it very simple and easy to order as well as customize it; there are options for everything (you can even choose whether you want your pickle halved, in fourths, or whole!). Plus, since I saved my favorites to my freaky fast order, I can order everything in less than 30 seconds. If you love jimmy johns, you need this app.
